Information at the Fairgrounds

For information, please proceed to the Fair Office at the Fairgrounds, located in the Merchants Building. You can request help from on-site staff or a Fair Board Director. Fair Board Directors are identified by their director shirts.
During the Fair Week calls can be made to the Fair Office at the Fairgrounds, tel. (260) 347-0666.



GENERAL RULES:

1.  Check in with a member of the camping committee before unhitching at your campsite.

2.  Must follow all general rules of the NCCFC fair week, which are:

     a) No alcohol or weapons are permitted on the fairgrounds at any time.

     b) No smoking in buildings.

     c) Pets must remain at your campsite, If they cause a nuisance you will be asked to take them home.

     d) No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or skates on the grounds.

     e) Livestock trailers must be parked in designated areas.

     f) Campers must be parked in designated areas.

    g) Only approved motorized ATVs will be allowed on the fairgrounds.    

     h) No animals to be tied to electrical outlets or water hookups.    



3.  Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. No fair animals at campsites.

5.  No roping off campsites.

6.  After camper is setup you can rope off a spot for the parking of a SINGLE vehicle.

7.  You will receive one parking permit and one camper tag.

     The camper tag is to be displayed in your camper, and the vehicle tag should be displayed in 
     the vehicle that is parked in your roped off spot.

8.  Under the terms of admission, you enter the fairgrounds at your own risk and responsibility.

9.  Minors must camp with, and be supervised by, a responsible adult.

10. All fires must be in a pit or fire ring weather permitted.

      No fires or stoves to be left unattended.

11. Trash totes will need to be brought to trash corrals when they are full. 

      Trash will only be picked up at designated corrals.

12. The dumping station is located south of the main gate between the cinder block restrooms.

13. Camping fee will include 1 weekly parking pass.


 
BUGGY AND GOLF CART RULES:


1. Golf Cars, ATVs, and Off Road Vehicles are not to be used for recreational purposes, and are NOT allowed near the Commercial       Areas or Midway (See Map).  All Drivers must have a valid driver’s license.  

2. All Golf Carts, ATV’s, and Off Road Vehicles must purchase a permit from the Fair Office for $20.  

3. Proof of Insurance is required for all Golf Carts, ATV’s, Off Road Vehicles, etc., and a Certificate of Insurance must be furnished         listing your unit.  

4. All units shall be operated in a manner that is prudent and safe at all times obeying all posted signs, and regulations.  

    Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right-of-way.  

5. Violations of any of the above regulations shall be cause for PERMANENT REMOVAL.  

6. Noble County Community Fair Corporation retains the right to refuse the sale of a permit.  

EXCEPTION: Handicapped or Disabled persons are allowed to use ADA approved vehicles.


 
Lost and Found

All found items should be given to a Fair representative at the Merchants Building. Lost items may also be retrieved at the fair office.

In Case of Medical Emergency

Dial 911 in case of emergency. There is a First Aid cabin on the grounds during fair week, located to the west of the merchants building. Ambulance personnel attend each of the Grandstand events so there is at least one ambulance on the grounds next to the Grandstand a good portion of the time.

Fairgrounds Security

Dial 911 in case of emergency.  If you need assistance with non-emergency issues, request help from a Fair Board Director - identified by their director shirt - in the Merchants Building. Police officers also patrol the Fairgrounds during Fair opening hours.
